On Monday April 4th, Aliso CrossFit will begin a 12-week CrossFit Endurance cycle. This programming is offered in addition to our normal programming, and will be posted three days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to the Workout of the Day Blog as well as Beyond The Whiteboard. CFE workouts are offered as an addition and/or supplement to our regular programming. These workouts are completely optional, and are designed to be done on your own at any time and/or location of your choosing. CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. CFE focuses on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity. The programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrates with Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.
